LOCATION:       Richardson Health Center – COUNTYWIDE SERVICES/HIV

DUTIES:         Under general supervision, gathers, analyzes and monitors data regarding communicable
                diseases. Provides and/or coordinates services throughout the district designed to decrease
                the prevalence HIV. Other duties will consist of Community outreach, HIV counseling, testing
                and partner notification services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
                Completion of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university OR Associate
                degree and Two years of experience in a related area OR Four years experience in a medical
                related field OR Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) and one year of nursing experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
                In addition to the minimum qualifications, preference will be given to applicants with a
                CDS certification and HIV experience.

NOTE:           This position requires a degree as a qualification, a certified copy of your college transcript must be
