                       THE ANTIOCH REDSKINS OF PLANT CITY
                                                 By-Laws

                                             Article I—Name

The name of this organization shall be “The Antioch Redskins of Plant City” a non-profit organization
established in 1976. It is an Organization organized by parents of Hillsborough County. Its principal office
is located at the Hillsborough County Recreational Park, in Plant City, Florida, 8510 Franklin Road, Plant
City, Florida 33565.

                                            Article II—Object

The Antioch Redskins of Plant City shall be organized and operated exclusively for;

           (a) The purpose of providing area youth an opportunity to play and develop the skills of
               Football and Cheerleading and/or other youth sports.
           (b) The charitable and educational participation of all children, regardless of race, color,
               nationality or ethnic origin, sex or religion.
           (c) Offering assistance to county government by helping maintain a public neighborhood park
               in which the forenamed children will be able to play.
           (d) Lessening neighborhood tension, prejudice, and discrimination through team sports by
               involvement of the community as participants, coaches, and fans.
           (e) Combating community deterioration and opposing juvenile delinquency through a planned
               and character building athletic program, which endeavors to regard each child’s academic
               performance as a premium.

                                        Article III—Basic Policies

1. The Organization shall be nonsectarian and nonpartisan.

2. The name of the Organization or the name of any member in their official capacities shall not be used in
any connection with partisan interest.

3. The name of this Organization or the name of any member in new official capacities shall not be used
    for any purpose not appropriately related to promoting the object of this Organization.

4. This Organization exists as an incorporated Organization of its members.

                                          Article IV—Purpose

Section 1: It shall always be the goal of “The Antioch Redskins of Plant City”, to:
           (1) Provide children an opportunity for fun and enjoyment through a football and Cheerleading
                program and/or other youth sports.
           (2) Develop good sportsmanship and physical fitness, as well as the importance of academic
                success.
           (3) Teach the skills and techniques of the game of football and cheerleading and/or other youth
                sports.

Section 2:The Antioch Redskins of Plant City, shall always promote “Safety First”, by conducting and
promoting only programs with strict controls over age, weight, equipment, and the behavior of
the participants, coaches, and spectators.


                                         Article V—Membership

Section 1: There shall be four classes of membership:              Parent, Team Member, Coach, and
          SupportingMember.

Section 2: A Parent member is a participating member via his or her child’s signing up to participate as a
           football player or a Cheerleader, or his/her service of support to the forenamed organization.

Section 3:A Team Member is a participating member via his or her eligibility to be an active team
          participant.

Section 4: A Coach is a participating member.

Section 5:A Supporting Member is a participating member via his or her support either financially or
          through service to The Antioch Redskins of Plant City.

Section 6:The Antioch Redskins of Plant City reserve the right to refuse or dissolve membership to
          members that repeatedly violate the By-Laws and Park Rules, or to members who causehostility
          or negative influence to the “The Antioch Redskins of Plant City” by a majority vote of the
          Disciplinary Committee of five appointed board members and the Executive Board.

                                      Article VI—Board of Directors

Section 1: There shall be two branches of the Board of Directors: the officiate Board & the Executive
           Board. The Board of Directors shall be made up of a minimum of seven (7) members and shall
           not exceed a total of (28) twenty-eight members: Twelve (10) of the 28 Directors shall be Head
           Coaches Five (5) from Football & five (5) from Cheerleading. The service year shall run
           fromJanuary throughNovember.

Section2: Any Board of Director who misses two (2) unexcused meetings will be sent a letter from the
          President stating that absence from the next Board Meeting will result in dismissal from the
          Board of Directors. All Board of Directors must attend 9 meetings in a calendar year. The
          calendar year runs January through November. The only exception is with an excused absence.
          Excused absence requires notification to a member of the Executive Board prior to the meeting.
          Excused Absences are defined as follows:
                          1. Work Related
                          2. Sickness
                          3. Death in family

Section 3: The Board of Directors shall meet the first Wednesday of the Month. TheNovember meeting
           shallbe for electing and appointing officers, as well as electing new Board Members. The
           January meeting will be for receiving the new Board members. The Marchmeeting shall be for
           submitting budget requests to the Treasurer. The April meeting shall be for the adoption of the
           budget.

Section 4:Membership on the Board of Directors is required for voting rights. A quorum will consist of
          two-thirds 2/3 of the membership in attendance of the Board of Directors.

Section 5:A special meeting of the Board of Directors may be called by the President or any two- (2)
          members of the Board of Directors. All Board Members must be notified.

Section 6: A member desiring to apply for Board membership must have at least a one – (1) year affiliation
           with The Antioch Redskins of Plant City. Such Individual must petition the board with a letter
           of Application that will include the following:
                 (1) The individual’s name, address, phone number, and date;
                 (2) If such individual does not have at least a one (1) year affiliation with The Antioch
                      Redskins of Plant City, they must be sponsored by an Executive Board Member for a
                      period of one year.

Section 7: Positions on the Board of Directors shall be filled as vacancies occur if so desired by the Board
           of Directors, with the exception of the Executive Board per Article VII Section 3. Letter of
           Application on file will receive first priority in the event a vacancy arises before the year’s end.

Section 8:Each new Board member will be on Probation for a period of one year.

Section 9: The Executive Board of Directors shall have no immediatefamily members.

Section 10: In order to leave the Board of Directors in “Good Standing,” a Board Member must submit a
           letter of Resignation to the Secretary stating his/her reason for resigning. Such letter shall be
           kept in a permanent file for future review, in the event the individual should again desire of
           Board Status.

                                           Article VII—Officers

Section 1:The Executive Board shall be:
                   (1) President
                   (2) Vice-President
                   (3) 2nd Vice President
                   (4) Recording Secretary
                   (5) Treasurer

To be an Executive Board member an individual must have participated in full capacity as an active
member of the Board of Directors during the immediate preceding year. The Executive Board shall have
the power of veto to insure the safety and well being of the organization and the children by a unanimous
vote. It is preferred that these members not hold a Head coaching position.

Section 2:The officiateBoard of Directors shall be:

                    (1) Corresponding Secretary
                    (2) Football Director
                    (3) Assistant Football Director
                    (4) Cheerleader Director
                    (5) Assistant Cheerleading Director
                    (6) Concession Stand Director
                    (7) Concession Stand Manager
                    (8) Fundraising Director
                    (9) Field Maintenance Director
                    (10) Cheerleading Equipment Manager
                    (11) Football Equipment Manager
                    (12) Sergeant of Arms
                    (13) Volunteer Coordinator

         These officers will be nominated annually by the Executive Board and approved by the Board of
           Directors at the Novemberspecial voting meeting.

Section 3: All Board positions of the Antioch Redskins of Plant City shall become vacant and must be
          reapplied for at the end of the current service year. The outgoing Executive Board members
          will vote in the in coming Executive Board Members.

Section 4: If the office of the President becomes vacant, the Vice-President shall become President. The
            President with the majority approval of the Executive Board shall fill vacancies in other offices
for the unexpired term by appointment.

Section 5: In the event that one of the Executive Board members is personally involved in a dispute within
           the organization, that member will be excluded from the disciplinary hearings. A Board of
           Directors member with the most seniority on the Board of Directors will move up to Executive
           Board position during the process, to keep an even vote.


                                     Article VIII—Duties of Officers

Section 1:   The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Antioch Redskins of Plant City,
             he/she shall:
               (1) Preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors;

               (2) Supervise plans for extending, unifying, and rendering efficiently the work of the
                    Antioch Redskins of Plant City;
               (3) Appoint special committees as deemed necessary;
               (4) Serve ex-officio as a member of all committees;
               (5) Arrange for payment of game officials on home games and any other events requiring
                    an outside agency:
               (6) Act as liaison between the Antioch Redskins of Plant City and the Hillsborough
                    County Parks and Recreation Department for the purpose of maintaining the playing
                    field, and may select an assistant to help in this capacity:
               (7) Preside at any special programs;
               (8) Have in possession the post office box key and receive mail;
               (9) Approve invoices for the treasurer.
               (10) Be the second signature on all checks;
               (11) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc.

Section 2:   The Vice-President Shall:
               (1) Perform the duties of the President in the absence or inability of the President;
               (2) Supervise the administration of insurance claims;
               (3) Act as the President’s representative to assist the President in fulfilling various
                    obligations and duties;
               (4) Be Chairman for By-Laws and Park Rules Committee;
               (5) Have in possession the post office box key and receive mail;
               (6) Approve invoices for the treasurer;
               (7) Shall serve as delegate to the Florida Youth Football & Cheerleading Association.
               (8) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc.
               (9) Serve ex-officio as a member of all committees.

Section 3:The 2nd Vice-President Shall:
               (1) Assist the President and 1st. Vice President:
               (2) Act as an alternate in the absence or disability of those officers to act;
               (3) Shall serve as the Football trustee to the Florida Youth Football & Cheerleading
                    Association.
               (4) Be responsible for holding a pre-season orientation with both football directors and all
                    coaches for the purpose of relating concerns and expectations of the Executive Board
                    & the Board of Directors, as well as any policy changes;
               (5) Have in possession the post office box key and receive mail;
               (6) Approve invoices for the treasurer.
               (7) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc.
               (8) Serve ex-officio as a member of all committees.

Section 4:   The Recording Secretary Shall:
             (1)   Accurately record and maintain all typed notes and minutes of business;
             (2)   Furnish a copy of the minutes to the Executive Boardprior to the monthly Board of
                   Directors meeting. Will also provide a copy of minutes to all Board of Directors at
                   each monthly Board meeting;
             (3)   Keep an official list of the Board of Directors, Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team
                   Representatives—including mailing addresses and phone numbers;
             (4)   Keep the official copy of the By-Laws, all amendments to the By-Laws with date of
                   adoption, and the Park Rules;
             (5)   Be custodian of all previous records kept and maintained at the park;
             (6)   Be custodian of all legal and corporate documents kept and maintained at the park;
             (7)   Have in possession the post office box key and receive mail;
             (8)   Approve invoices for the treasurer.
             (9)   Supervise weekly newsletters to be handed out and maintain website;
             (10) Shall preside at all Monthly Board meetings and any special meetings called by the
                   Antioch Redskins of Plant City;
             (11) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc

Section 5:   The Treasure Shall:

                (1) Be custodian of all funds of The Antioch Redskins of Plant City, placing the funds to
                     the credit of the Antioch Redskins of Plant City, in financial institutions as theBoard of
                     Directors shall select;
                (2) Make all Bank deposits after the Treasurer has appropriately documented all monies;
                (3) Pay all bills promptly as designated by the adopted budget;
                (4) Keep a ledger of all receipts and disbursements of monies, showing amounts of fees
                     collected, expenditures, and balances to budgetary control;
                (5) Keep a back-up ledger of all receipts with and disbursements of monies, showing
                     amounts of fees collected, expenditures, and balances to budgetary control;
                (6) Make a financial report at each monthly meeting of the Board of Directors and furnish
                     a copy of the report to the Executive Board; such report shall include a copy of the
                     month’s bank statement;
                (7) Submit a summary report (profit and loss report) at the annual meeting in February and
                     post the approved report in the Board Room for public information;
                (8) Remit fees as required by the Florida Youth Football & Cheerleading Association;
                (9) Prepare and submit any such other financial records and statements as may be required
                     by the Board of Directors;
                (10) Follow Accounts Receivable Policy, which includes 2 Executive board members for
                     counting and receiving cash and/or checks.
                (11) Be chairman of the Finance committee and as such oversee the preparation of an
                     annual budget to be approved by the Board ofDirectors by the March meeting;
                (12) At the conclusion of his/her tenure as Treasure close the books and submit them for
                     audit, or at any time as deemed necessary by the Executive Board of Directors;
                (13) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc

Section 6:   The Corresponding Secretary Shall:
               (1) Be responsible for all correspondence for the Antioch Redskins of Plant City, as
                   directed by the Executive Board;
               (2) Write personal thank you notes as required by the Executive Board of Directors;
               (3) Send cards to any member of the Antioch Redskins of Plant City who is hospitalized or
                   who has had a death in the immediate family with Executive Board approval;
               (4) Keep the media informed of all activities of the Antioch Redskins involving notoriety
                   and information of a public interest and Place advertisements in local newspapers for
                   all fundraising events, as well as “sign-ups”.
               (5) Assist the volunteer coordinator with all duties.
               (6) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc

Section 7:   The Football Director Shall:
               (1) Nominate all assistant coaches for the football teams for approval by the Board of
                   Directors.
               (2) Attend all practices and games or have the Assistant Football Director fill in in his
                   absence or member of the Executive Board;
               (3) Also will be an Alternate Football representative to the Florida Youth Football &
                   Cheerleading Association meetings;
               (4) All applications for football coaches will go through the Football Director.
               (5) In event that there is a waiting list, for one of the teams they will be in charge of the list
                   to ensure the list is filled on a first come first serve basis.
               (6) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc.

Section 8:   The Assistant Football Director shall:
                  (1) Assist the Football Director in all duties;
                  (2) Act as the interim Football Director in their absence;
                  (3) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc

Section 9:   The Football Equipment Manager Shall:
               (1) Be responsible for football equipment—i.e. issuing appropriate equipment to each
                   player and collecting it at the end of the season;
               (2) Be responsible for ordering all Football equipment with approval from the Board of
                   Directors;

               (3) Keeps an inventory of all equipment including uniforms, pads, field dressing, helmets,
                   etc.;
               (4) Present equipment requests to the Treasurer by the February Board of Directors
                   meeting. The requests shall include and itemized list of missing or damaged
                   equipment, recondition of present equipment, new purchases, etc. including vendor
                   names and bids;
               (5) Submit budget for field maintenance (paint, ant bait, irrigation, etc.)
               (6) Obtain approval from Executive Board for all sales and loaning of equipment.
               (7) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc

Section 10:   The Field Maintenance Director Shall:
               (1) Be responsible for field preparation for home games or any special event;
               (2) Be responsible for setting up all trashcans and making sure bathrooms are cleaned and
                   stocked for game days;
               (3) Placement, maintenance and removal of sponsorship banners.
               (4) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc.

Section 11:   The Cheerleading Director Shall:
               (1) Be responsible for holding a pre-season orientation with Cheerleading Assistant and all
                   coaches for the purpose of relating concerns and expectations of the Board of
                   Directors, as well as any policy changes;
               (2) Attend all practices and games or have the Assistant Cheerleading Director in their
                   absence or member of the Executive Board fill in for her/him;
               (3) Nominate all assistant coaches for the cheerleading squads for approval by the Board
                   of Directors.
               (4) All cheerleading events will scheduled, chosen and decided on by the Cheer Director
                   with the approval of the Executive Board.
               (5) All cheer coaching applications will go through the Cheer Director.
               (6) Oversee all cheerleading equipment-i.e., issuing appropriate equipment to each
                   cheerleader and collecting it at the end of the season;
               (7) Be responsible for ordering all Cheerleading equipment with approval from the Board
                   of Directors;
               (8) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc
Section 12:   The Assistant Cheerleading Director shall:
                 (1) Assist the Cheer Director in all duties;
                 (2) Act as the interim Cheer Director in their absence;
                 (3) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc

Section 13: The Cheerleading Equipment Manager Shall:
              (1) Assist the Cheerleading Director with equipment and uniforms as necessary to insure
                  the availability of required equipment and uniforms;
              (2) Keep an inventory of all equipment including uniforms, pompoms, etc.;
              (3) Assist the Cheerleading Director with presenting an equipment request list to the Board
                  of Directors and the Treasurer by the February Board of Director’s meeting. The
                  request shall include an itemized list of missing or damaged equipment, reconditioning
                  of present equipment/uniforms, new purchases, etc. with vendor names and bids. Be
                  responsible for all Spirit Uniform Sales.
              (4) Assist the Cheerleading Director in the disbursement of Cheer uniforms, and the saleof
                  all Cheerleading Supplies;
              (5) Obtain approval from Executive Board for all sales and loaning of equipment
              (6) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc


Section 14: The Concession Stand Director(s) Shall:
              (1) Oversee and maintain the concession stand;
              (2) Purchases and keep adequate supplies of food and drinks, as approved by the Executive
                  Board, during the season;
              (3) Insure that there are an adequate number of volunteers to man the operations of the
                  stand with the assistance of Volunteer Coordinator;

               (4) Be responsible for the funds taken in through the concession stand. No monies are to
                   be removed from the concession stand without one additional member of the Executive
                   Board. In addition, monies taken from the gate can only be moved from the gate to the
                   drop boxby two members of the Board of Directors.
               (5) Keep an inventory of all concession stand equipment, utensils and food items;
               (6) Provide to the Board of Directors and the Treasurer by the February Board of Directors
                   meeting an equipment request list. The requestshall include an itemized list of missing
                   or damaged equipment, budget request, etc. with vendor names and bids;
               (7) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc

Section 15: The Fundraising Director Shall:
              (1) Plan and organize all Fundraising events (minimum of 3), and present such events to
                  the Board by March;
              (2) In the event of the necessity of additional monies being required for financial
                  obligations of the Antioch Redskins of Plant City, help the Executive Board establish
                  and organize additional fundraisers;
                (4) Be involved with all fundraising events from the beginning to the end;
                (5) Sell coaches shirts, booster shirts, and any other Antioch booster materials;
                (6) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc

Section 16: The Sergeant at Arms Shall:
              (1) Maintain order at all Meetings, practice, game days, special events, and any other
                  events held by the Antioch Redskins of Plant City;
              (2) Assure that all By-Laws and Park rules are followed;
              (3) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc

Section 17: The Volunteer Coordinator Shall:
                (1) Organize and schedule team parent meetings;
                (2) Design and distribute a team parent handbook;
                (3) Ensure gate and concession stand duties are filled;
                (4) Compose and distribute weekly newsletter (work with Recording Secretary)
                (5) Plan Volunteer Banquet and submit for approval by Executive Board by the October
                    meeting;
                (6) Report any problems with getting volunteers to team parent and head coach of the
                    appropriate team. Follow up with teams in person by Thursday evening of home
                    events to fill any remaining openings. Report to Executive Board any remaining
                    issues by the end of practice Tuesday evening;
                (7) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc

Section 18: Head Coaches:
              (1) No Head Coach shall be selected for any team if that coach is under the age of twenty-
                   one (21). Assistant coachesshall be at least three (3) years older than the team they are
                   coaching. Member organizations may request a waiver of this rule from the Florida
                   Youth Football & Cheerleading Association under extraordinary circumstances. A
                   qualified organization representative of at least twenty-one (21) years of age must be in
                   attendance with the team at all times no exception allowed;
              (2) Shall teach the skills, techniques, and fundamentals of the sport of Football &
                   Cheerleading;
              (3) Attend all practices & games;
              (4) Support all fundraising activities;
              (5) Requiredat least (2) two additional volunteer hours, before or after all home game and
                   special events;
              (6) Attend all Coaches preseason meetings, orientations & clinics;
              (7) Provide a Team Parent for approval from the Board of Directors;
              (8) It shall always be the goal of the Antioch Redskins of Plant City to promote “Safety
                   First”;
              (9) Obtain a Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation division approved coaches
                   certification, a background check, and an official CPR certification;
              (10) All Head Coaches are nominated annuallyby the Executive Board and voted on by the
                   officiated Board of Directors in the November meeting;

               (11) Head Coaches are submit a list of assistant coaches to the Football Director for
                    nomination at the next scheduled Board Meeting;
               (12) Attend monthly Board meetings – see Article VI, Section 2;
               (13) Must comply with all FYFCA & Antioch Bylaws and Antioch Park Rules;
               (14) A head Coach Shall set the example and isaccountable for his/her actions;
               (15) To be a Head Coach an individual must have participated in full capacity as an
                    Assistant Coach for the Antioch Redskins of Plant City, during the immediate previous
                    year. The Executive Board shall have the power to dismiss any Coach to insure the
                    safety and will being of the children and the organization by a unanimous vote;
               (16) Be involved with all Sign-ups, clean up days, game days, special events, etc


                         Article IX—Liability and Insurance and Certification

Section 1:The Antioch Redskins of Plant City Board of Directors assumes no responsibility for injuries to
               participants or representatives, nordamage to property utilized in itsactivities.

Section 2:     All players, cheerleaders, coaches, assistant coaches, officials, parents, spectators, and
               others-all of whom participate or attend at theirown risk.

Section 3:    Accident Insurance must be carried on each player through the Florida Youth Football
               andCheerleading Association. The deductible part ofeach claim is to be paid by the parent
               orguardian, any other insurance policies acting as the primary coverage agent, or the
               Florida YouthFootball and Cheerleading Association insurance policy serving in a
               secondary coverage capacity.

Section 4:   Certification:
              (a) A minimum of one (1) coach from each Football team and a minimum of one (1) coach
                    from each Cheerleading Team, along with each member of the Board of Directors must
                    be certified in CPR by the first day of practice. Each member will be responsible for
                    providing proof of their certification to the league President. The intent of this CPR
                    certification is to assure that there is at least one (1) qualified person on every Football
                    team and Cheerleading squad to administer basic CPR in case of an emergency. Thus,
                    a member organization that is fielding five (5) football teams and five (5)
                    Cheerleadingsquads would have one (1) person from each team (ten) 10 people, plus
                    the remaining Boardof Directors for the Antioch Redskins of Plant City.
              (b) All Coachescomplete the Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation Departments
                    Coach’s Clinic or its equivalent.
              (b) Background Investigation: Hillsborough County requires that anyone who is going to
                    be a Board member or who is going to be on the field (game or practice) to have a
                    Background check.

                                     Article X – Disciplinary Process

Section 1:Violations of the By-Laws or Park Rules of the Antioch Redskins of Plant City by members or
             spectators are subject to disciplinary actions by the Board of Directors.

Section 2:Upon receipt of a complaint of a violation (which must be within 72 hours of the occurrence) of
           the By-Laws or Park Rules the following procedures shall be followed:
               (1) The President will appoint a committee of no more than three (3) uninvolved Directors.
               (2) Provide in writing a letter to the respondent, with notification of the allegations and
                   hearing date and time.
               (3) The Committee will, in person and in writing, report to the Executive Board of
                   Directors with its findings and recommendations at a meeting held no later than
                   fourteen (14) days from the date the investigation is assigned.
               (4) The Executive Board will, upon two-thirds (2/3) vote of the uninvolved members;
                   decide upon any discipline to be assessed.
               (5) Disciplinary actions include but are not limited to:
                   (a) Suspension or expulsion of participants, Director, Parent or Coach;

                   (b) Suspension or probation for the remainder of the season, for the next game, or
                        whatever is deemed to be the most positive action for all concerned.
                   (c) Loss of the Antioch Redskins of Plant City membership.
               (6) Such persons who have been assessed disciplinary actions have the right to appeal such
                   action.
                   (a) Appeals must be in writing to the President, and received by the President no later
                        than 72 hours after the meeting at which thediscipline was assessed.
                   (b) Upon receipt of the appeal, the President will suspend assessment of the discipline
                        for a period of not more than seven (7)days.
                   (c) At a regular or special called meeting held within the same seven (7) day period,
                        the Board of Directors will act upon theappeal.
                   (d) The Board of Directors may reduce, modify, or withdraw the discipline as a result
                        of the appeal. The Board my not, however, add additional penalties or harsher
                        discipline.
                   (e) The decision of the Board of Dirtectors, acting on an appeal is final. No
                        furtherappeals will be permitted.
                 (7) Any participant in “The Antioch Redskins of Plant City” program using profanity,
                     drinking, or otherwise under the influence of intoxicants, or engaging in any immoral
                     practice in the presence of the children on his or her team shall be subject to
                     immediate suspension by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
                 (8) The Antioch Redskins of Plant City reserve the right to refuse or dissolve
                     membership to members that repeatedly violate the By-Laws and Park Rules, or to
                     members who cause hostility or negative influence to the “The Antioch Redskins of
                     Plant City” by a majority vote of the Disciplinary Committee of five appointed board
                     members and the Executive Board.

IN ALL CASES WHAT IS DEEMED TO BE IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE
CHILDRENSUPERSEDESTHAT OF ADULTS, THE “ANTIOCH REDSKINS OF PLANT CITY” ARE
THECHILDREN.

                                             Article XI – Rules

Section 1:   The Primary Rules of Football and Cheerleading will be those prescribed by the Florida
             Youth Football & Cheerleading Association(FYFCA). The Secondary Rules of Football and
             Cheerleading will be those prescribed by the “Antioch Redskins of Plant City”.

Section 2:   It is the purpose of the “Antioch Redskins of Plant City” to adhere to all such rules unless the
             Rules as established by the Antioch Redskinsof Plant City require a higher standard.
             Therefore, such rules as prescribed by the Florida Youth Football and Cheerleading
             Associationshall be reviewed by the Board of Directors prior to “sign-up” to determine
             whatimprovements are in the best interest of our children. These changes shall be made
             available to all coaches prior to the start of the season or as the need arises to incorporate such
             new Rules. These shall be on file in the Board Room and/or recorded in the By-Laws and
             Park Rules.

                                        Article XII – Amendments

Section 1:The By-Laws and Park Rules may be amended by majority vote of the Board of Directors when
            it is deemed in the best interest of the park at any time. In addition, bi-annually (even number
            years) the By-Laws and Park Rules will be reviewed by the appointed By-Law committee and
            ratified at the January Meeting by the Board of Directors.

Section 2:    All changes to the By-Laws or Park Rules must be approved by a vote of not less than two-
             thirds (2/3) of the attending Board of Directors at the January Meeting.

                                 Article XIII – Parliamentary Authority

Section 1:   All meetings shall be governed by Robert’s Rule of Order, newly Revised, subject to these By-
             Laws and any Park Rules which may beadopted.

                                     Article XIV – Dissolution Clause

No part of the net earnings of the organization shall inure to the benefit, or be distributed to its member,
trustees, officers, or other private person, exceptthat the corporation shall be authorized and empowered to
pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distribution infurtherance of
the purposes set forth by this organization. No substantial part of the activities of thecorporation shall be
the carrying on of propaganda,or otherwise attempting to influence legislation and thecorporation shall not
participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distribution ofstatements) any political campaign
on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. Notwithstanding any other provision of
these articles,the corporation shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in any activities or
exercise any powers that are not furtherance of the purposes of the corporation.

Any such assets not so disposed of shall be disposed of by a Court of Competent Jurisdiction of the County
in which the principal office of the corporation is the located, exclusively for such purpose or to such
organization(s), as said Court shall determine which are organized and operatedexclusively for such
purposes.

The Antioch Redskins of Plant City By-Laws and Park Rules as presented above were adopted January 12,
2012by the attending Board of Directors. Refer to meeting minutes from January Board meeting for
attendance.


The Antioch Redskins of Plant City By-Laws and Park Rules Committee were as follows: Chris McMath,
Kevin Byrne, Heather Bingham, Megan Braglin, Tammie Medina, and ChrisBraglin.

The Antioch Redskins of Plant City nor its members shall be held responsible for any typographical errors
in its By-Laws or Park Rules, or any othermeasures beyond its control.
