Why we need your Help:
Childhood Cancer remains the #1 disease related killer of our children.
Approximately, 12,500 children will be diagnosed with some form of childhood cancer this year!
Who is Mason?
Mason Saienni, a student at Smith Elementary, was 7 when he was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive
form of cancer called Brainstem Glioma in December 2008. It has been a long, hard fight for Mason
battling this disease. He is currently at Texas Children’s Hospital and his body is struggling to fight.
We promised him we would fight for him as well as others whose lives have been cut short by this ugly
disease. Many local children are battling cancer today and it would be easy to shy away because it is too
terrifying to face, but that won’t find a cure.
How you can HELP!
Bring your family and friends into Texas Roadhouse on Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Roadhouse will donate
10% of your purchase back to the Saienni family to help cover the cost of medical expenses. They have
graciously offered to match whatever is made! Please make sure to say you are there “Eating for Mason”.
It does take a small effort on your part; however, the rewards are great. Our communities will reap the benefits
of your time and generosity and YOU will directly make a difference for Mason and his family.
