SENTEL Corporation is seeking a qualified, energetic individual to serve as the Program
Manager for the Fleet Readiness Center / Support Equipment Logistics. The Program Manager
will be responsible for directing all phases of the FRC / SE Rework program from inception
through completion to include providing logistics support for the Navy’s 1C7C Programs;
programs which include Support Equipment Rework (SE Rework); New Ships Construction
(NSC); Complex Refueling and Overhaul (RCOH); and Maritime Prepositioning Forces. In this
capacity, the Program Manager will also provide support to and manage the execution of
special programs such as the Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP), Quick Engine Change
(QEC), Component Repair Program (CRP), and the Coast Guard’s SE Rework. The Program
Manager will be the primary interface for multiple Program Management Offices (PMO) and
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) who require support equipment maintenance and other logistical
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Program lead for logistics supply team responsible for assessment of logistics support
system effectiveness by conducting logistics/supply chain studies and evaluations
identifying logistics system effectiveness and need for improvements
Work with government production planners and commodity managers to identify new
and/or planned material requirements to meet production schedules
Coordinate item/vendor master update; establish inventory allowances and high-low
limits based upon production plans
Direct the logistics/supply support management team and monitors progress of all
supply support related activities
Ensure all resources are trained and capable of performing assigned duties
Other duties that may be assigned to meet company and/or departmental
goals and objectives

1.) Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with four (4) years of Navy/Defense Logistics Agency
(DLA) supply support experience or Master’s Degree with two (2) years of Operational
2.) Eight (8) years of experience leading teams identifying production resource
requirements; analyzing production requirements; establishing and adjusting inventory
levels and maintaining inventory warehouses and support systems.
