CHGME HRSA Annual Report 100-3
The Children’s Hospital GME Support Reauthorization Act of 2006 reauthorized support for
graduate medical education programs at children’s hospital for Federal fiscal years 2007 through
2011. The reauthorizing statute also established a new annual reporting requirement for
children’s hospitals participating in the CHGME Payment Program. The legislation requires
participating children’s hospitals to complete and submit an annual report that includes
information for the residency/fellowship training programs in existence in academic year 06/07.
The legislation requires each accredited program to provide detailed information such as children
who are underserved for reason of family income or geographic location, changes in residency
training, including changes in curricula, and resulting benefits that have resulted from such
changes. HRSA form 100-3 is to be completed by each accredited program that had trainees
whom completed at least 75% of their training at CMH in 06/07.

Kerrie Jordan from the GME Office went over the form to be completed and will meet with each
program director separately to complete no later than January 15, 2008. Questions should be
routed to Kerrie, Drs Knapp or Kallur.
