Aim 1: To reinvigorate the membership base and develop an efficient, reflective

Aim 2: To promote and deliver dialogue processes that embrace best practice.
2.1 To promote and deliver the ‘Dialogue on the Ground’ Project.
2.2 To facilitate a series of dialogues around interface barriers.
2.3 To learn from our own practice and the practice of others.
2.4 To share good practice in dialogue.
2.5 To explore and promote innovation in dialogue practice.
2.6 To evaluate effective and inclusive dialogue and post dialogue practice
Aim 3: To develop and maintain a team of dialogue practitioners.

3.2 To provide training for the panel of dialogue practitioners.
