1. To order items create a counter sale to internal customer
   number I(2 position store number)5250 (Cost and sell on
   this document should be the same using the appropriate cost
   of the items).
2. When above order is complete create another counter sale to
   the appropriate customer:
      a. Sale Type           I (invoice only)
      b. Ref. Doc No.        Enter the above document number
         for future reference.
      c. Enter the following information on the PARTS/MISC
         ENTRY & REVIEW screen for the listed fields:
