The Portland Development Commission (PDC) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of
PDC-owned property at the northeast corner of Killingsworth & Interstate, located in the Interstate Corridor Urban
Renewal Area. The following is a brief summary of the five proposals, including development teams, project names,
