Participant agrees to settle the payment until 15 days after receiving the invoice.
If participation cancelled after 6th June 2012 50% cancellation fee is applicable.
If participation cancelled after 30th June 2012 100% cancellation fee is applicable.

General conditions
Number of participants is limited. Wide-range service providers are preferred.
Participant will cover its own transportation and accommodation.
