Executive Board Responsibilities
The Executive Board oversees all UBS events and activities, manages the organization’s
budget, and is ultimately responsible for ensuring the future success of the organization. Applicants for
the Executive Board should have a decent grasp of the functioning of UBS; however, students with
extensive non-UBS leadership experience are also encouraged to apply. Serving on the Executive
Board requires one to be truly devoted to the mission of UBS—equipping students with the
information and opportunities necessary for success in career development by establishing an
interactive, professional atmosphere through corporate outreach and education. The leadership
experience you gain by serving on the Executive Board is invaluable, but is not for the faint of heart.
The Executive Board consists of 3 positions: One President and two Vice Presidents who work closely
with one another and share in the responsibility of the organization.
Prospective applicants are encouraged to read through our website at www.ubsbruins.com and to speak
with the current Executive Board members.
