SCOPE: The Scope of Work as defined within this CONSTRUCTION BULLETIN is to modify the
originally issued Contract Documents and all subsequent contract modifications to reflect the following:

Subject: PCOB Tool Introduction – New Store Program

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has requested that Evoco Inc. provide an online, web-based application
to allow you, the General Contractor, the ability to submit a preliminary change order budget
(PCOB) online regarding your construction project. The PCOB Tool will appear as an add-on
to the existing RFI Tool in your selection listing when you log into the Building Portal. For
now, this new application will be used for New Store projects only. Store Planning projects will
continue with their current process for the time being.

All New Store projects with the construction contract awarded after July 11, 2007 will address
PCOBs through the online PCOB Tool. This new application will replace the current system of
PCOBs being submitted via fax and/or email except for those projects currently under
construction.

When you first log in to the PCOB Tool you will be directed to a quick 5-10 minute tutorial
before reaching the application itself. This tutorial can also be printed if desired and will be
available for future reference online as well as in a downloadable PDF format.


Please note that all email correspondence will be sent from notifications@evoco.com. It is
important to let your email administrators know that emails coming from evoco.com are valid
notifications, in case SPAM filters need to be altered.
