                                  NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD

It is the intent of the Administrative Office of the Courts to enter into a contract with Jennifer Crawley as
a consultant to develop training curriculum in the area of Juvenile Dependency Court Mediation.

Provided contract negotiations can be finalized, Ms. Crawley will be awarded the contract for the services
set forth in the Request for Proposal # CFCC 04-08 JDCM-LM.
