This agreement made and entered in to between Mr. ………………………………Director of …………………..
With address at………………., State of Qatar (Herein after called Foreign Principal) and Mr. V.A.
Suwaranapala, Managing Director of Nadeera Associates (Pvt)Ltd . Manpower Consultant &
Recruiting Agent of No. 604 (Herein called as Local Agent) to recruit employment in Doha, Qatar and
shall have the following terms and conditions herein after referred to,

   1. Recruitment
      1.1. The person or persons recruited shall be for the employment of employment as per
      demand letter and shall be designated as stated in the letter of demand.


   2. Duration of contract
      2.1. The duration of contract initially shall be a period of Two (02) Year and renewable by
      mutual agreement.



   3. Air passage

       3.1 Free both way (onward and return) air ticket should be provided for employees without
           considering their race or religion.

       3.2 Return ticket should be provided for all after completion of contract free of charge by the
           foreign principal or employer.


   4. Working hours

       4.1 Working hours shall be Eight (8) hours for skilled employees per day and 48 hours per
           week.

       4.2 Overtime shall be paid for off duty hours and off duty days.

       4.3 The working hours for employees shall not exceed 12 hours per day.
    4.4 One day off per week for all employees.

5. Responsibilities of the foreign Principal

    5.1 The salary and other allowances shall be paid as stated in the letter of demand or the
        letter of appointment.

    5.2 Free meal shall be provided.

    5.3 Free accommodation shall be provided.

    5.4 Free medical facilities shall be provided.

    5.5 All complaints or complaint made by the employee or employees and their relations
        regarding the employee or employees and their working conditions shall be settled as
        soon as possible.

    5.6 The first party (employer) shall undertake the full cost of the second parties (employee)
        resident permit charges.

6. Responsibilities of the Local Agent

    6.1 The local agent shall select suitable candidates according to the foreign principal
        requirements and submit the relevant documents to foreign principal.

    6.2 The local agent shall undertake to ensure that all candidates will be for the employments
        and shall be guaranteed for the period of 90 days and considered as probation period.

7. Terms of payments

    7.1 The foreign principal shall pay the sum of (NIL) for selected employee as processing
    administrative fees payable upon final selection of employee.

8. Annual leave

    8.1 The employee or employees shall be entitled for a paid leave follow stated on the Qatar
    Labour Law.

9. In case of death

    9.1 In the case of death of employee or employees during the contract period, the foreign
    principal shall agree to repatriation of the remains of the deceased along with the personal
    effects and saving on the expenses of the foreign principal.

10. Compensation
     10.1. The foreign principal shall ensure that the personal life and accident insurance of the
     employee or employees to be provided for work illness, injuries or death in accordance with
     the pertinent law of the country.

  11. Other Terms and conditions

     11.1 All other terms and conditions of employment shall be governed by the pertinent law of
     the country.
