Job Title: Adult Services Lead Manager
Salary: £28,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Based at: POPS Head Office
PURPOSE OF THE POST
To provide a fully co-ordinated response to the provision of adult focused projects as part of POPS
broad range of services under the direction of the Head of Operations.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POST HOLDER:
Educated to Degree level/equivalent qualification and/or proven experience at managing projects
at this level and supporting teams within a similar setting.
Candidates must possess excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Ensure efficient and effective co-ordination of POPS adult Services aimed at the family and
friends of Offenders.
Sustain existing adult focused projects and identify new opportunities for development.
Manage POPS adult services in line with POPS strategic aims and objectives.
Contribute to POPS communications strategy as appropriate to promote the work.
Manage and support a team of staff and volunteers and provide regular supervision for
designated Team Leaders.
Contribute to the preparation of adult services budgets and to monitor spend against such
Ensure compliance of adult service contractual obligations are met.
Ensure quality standards are maintained via regular audit of performance, impact and risk
management within the adult service.
Ensure the achievement of required outcomes using efficient planning, collaboration with
other stakeholders and users of POPS services.
Be accountable to the Head of Operations for all aspects of delivery within the adult
Ensure POPS adult services adhere to and actively promote diversity and equality agendas
within its policy statements and wider practice
Be responsible for administration of own workload and time management priorities.
Identify appropriate funding streams and growth markets for current models of delivery
Work with the wider staff team to promote POPS strategic aims and objectives.
