4. Western Boundary
            Thereafter the same line proceeds northward following the western
            boundary-line of district 24-Parganas, Calcutta, district 24-Parganas
            and Nadia in the river Hooghly and meets the starting point of the
            northern boundary.
            Explanation. —For the purpose of this Schedule “Calcutta” means
            the area comprised within the local limits for the time being of the
            ordinary original civil jurisdiction of the High Court at Calcutta.
