 About Reverse Mortgages

• A Reverse Mortgage is a “non-recourse” mortgage
• The youngest person on the deed must be at least 62
  years of age
• The home must be the primary residence
• The home is not required to be “mortgage-free”
• The interest may be paid to receive a tax deduction
• No repayment occurs until death, a move, or
  12 months of vacancy

• You will be a loan officer authorized to place HUD
  approved Reverse Mortgages (This eliminates
  testing and mortgage license requirements and fees).
