1. JOB SUMMARY
To support the further development of opportunities for service user involvement
and coproduction across Imagine’s services, including supporting service user
Forums, involvement in review, recruitment and selection, and coproduction in
the development of new services and supports. This is a job share post, with
negotiable hours between 18.5 per week and 24 hours per week. This post will
cover Imagine day opportunities, employment services and outreach services in
Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Halton and Cumbria.

The post will be based at Hope Street Liverpool and will be expected to work in a
flexible manner to ensure service requirements are met. Some travel to London
may be required, and potentially other areas outside Merseyside, Salford and
Cumbria as other service areas develop.
3. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This post has no direct supervisory responsibilities but there is of course a duty
upon all employees to be aware of appropriate service standards and to report any
breach of standards to someone in authority.
4. MAIN DUTIES
Under the guidance of the Line Manager:
To empower people to genuinely influence the way Imagine’s service are
designed, developed, delivered and reviewed.

To support Imagine’s services in developing and delivering local service user
involvement, for example, with house meetings, involvement in recruitment and
selection of staff etc.
To work in a way that enables and encourages staff to develop their skills and

Team and Imagine Board of Trustees

standards at all times.
To be proactive in adhering to all health and safety requirements and reporting
any matters of concern immediately to a manager.
