Base System Pricing (Single-User Version):
Please refer to the back of your Detailed Information Booklet for an in-depth AGENCY EXPERT versions
comparison. Please note that your initial purchase of the base system includes 6 months of FREE "support"
including all enhancements and upgrades and 800-Line Technical Support at no additional fee!

The “Allowance” is a Credit given to the buyer at time of purchase which can be used to a) Purchase Additional Modules, b) Purchase Multi-
User/Network Licenses, or c) Apply towards Future Support Charges.
Base Network (LAN) Version Pricing:
To Figure the base price of an AGENCY EXPERT LAN version, simply multiply the total number of workstations
you wish to license (see below) by $100 and add that total to the Discounted Base Price of the AGENCY EXPERT
version you wish to purchase (1st station included with base system price).
Your network license fees are based on the total number of workstations you wish to license that are able to access AGENCY
EXPERT simultaneously. The total number of licensed workstations does NOT necessarily have to equal the total number of
workstations setup on your LAN. Minimum LAN license is two (2) stations (First station is included with base system
NOTE: If you plan on remote access using either Microsoft (Terminal Services, Remote Desktop, etc) or Citrix
(Metaframe, etc.)You must purchase the number of Terminal Services licenses needed for remote access. You can use the
internet based products such as PCAnywhere , Eblvd, GoToMyPC, etc. for remote access with no addl. Licensing fee.
NOTE: The AGENCY EXPERT Annual Support fee is increased by $25/user/year for the Agent and GA Versions and by
$50/user/year for the MGA Version.
