      TEACHER INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE STUDENT TRACKER’S
                              WEBTRACK
   ________________________________________________________________




1) Access the Internet using Internet Explorer.

2) In the browser’s address line, remove the current web address and type:
webtrack.contourdata.com/nj/rosellepark/. Press ENTER on your keyboard.
Your browser will take you to your WebTrack login page.




3) Enter your Tracker user name and password where indicated, select the area you
wish to access (e.g., Working Docs), then click the “Login” button.
4) You’ll arrive at a screen that lists students you may access. Browse the list for the
student whose document you wish to view/print and click on the “Select This Student”
link at the left side of the student’s row.
(Use scrollbar to scroll up and down through the list.)




5) You’ll then arrive at a screen that lists the Tracker documents for that student. Click
on the filename of the document you wish to view/print.

The document will appear on your screen.




6) To print the document, access the File menu and select “Print”.

7) Click on “BACK” to return to the student’s list documents, or click BACK again to
view the list of students’ documents you may access.

You may repeat this process, beginning with Step 4, to view/print another student’s
document, or click the LOGOUT button to exit WebTrack.
