   1.  COMPLETE THE ABOVE INFORMATION AND FAX OR EMAIL YOUR REQUEST FOR AN RMA NUMBER. (INVOICE COPY NOT REQUIRED UNLESS
       REQUESTED)
   2. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC WHEN FILLING OUT THE “PROBLEM” SECTION OF YOUR RMA FORM. DETAILED INFORMATION IS A PLUS IF YOU WANT
       YOUR RMA EXPEDITED IN A TIMELY MANNER. ITEMS MARKED “DOA” OR “NOT WORKING” WILL TAKE MORE TIME TO PROCESS AND TEST.
   3. RMA NUMBERS ARE VALID FOR 14 DAYS ONLY. AFTER 14 DAYS YOU WILL NEED TO RESUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION.
   4. ALL RMA RETURNS MUST BE PACKAGE CORRECTLY TO PREVENT DAMAGES; IF RECEIVED DAMAGED –RMA WARRANTY IS VOIDED.
   5. DOA CROSS SHIPMENTS CAN BE ARRANGED FOR PREFERRED CUSTOMERS BASED ON PRODUCT AVIALABILITY AND CURRENT ACCOUNT STATUS.
       FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS, PLEASE CHECK WITH RMA AND YOUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE.
   6. CROSS SHIPMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR CPUs, MONITORS, AND OR SPECIAL ITEMS UNLESS AUTHORIZED.
   7. MERCHANDISE RETURNED FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR NEEDS TO BE SENT WITHOUT ACCESSORIES (I.E. – CABLES, DRIVER, MANUALS, ETC.)
       YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ACCESSORIES BACK.
   8. EASTERN DATA WARRANTY ARE ACTIVE FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE, NOT FROM THE DATE OF RMA REPLACEMENT.
   9. REPLACENT PERIOD ON DEFECTIVE CPU’s WILL VARY – UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIC ON THE INVOICE, OEM CPU’s CARRY 3 MONTH EASTERN
       DATA WARRANTY. RETAIL CPU’s CARRYS A 3 YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES. IF THE CPU’s IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK OR THERE
       IS PHYSICAL DAMAGE ON THE CPU (I.E. SCRATCHED CORE, BENT/BROKEN/MISSING PINS) WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO RMA DIRECT WITH
       THE MANUFACTURER.
   10. ITEMS RETURNED WITH VISIBLE PHYSICAL DAMAGED WILL BE SENT TO THE MANUFACTURER AND REPLACED AT THEIR DISCRETION.
   11. MERCHANDISE RETURNED FOR CREDIT MUST BE CLAIMED AND RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE. ITEMS SHOULD BE
       RETURNED COMPLETE WITH MANUAL AND ACCCESSORIES. CREDITS GIVEN WILL BE BASED ON THAT CURRENT MARKET PRICE.
   12. NO CREDIT FOR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS UNLESS AUTHORIZED—WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO RMA DIRECT WITH THE MANUFACTURER.
