							     Conditions of sale for the supply of emails by The Wedding Guide


   1. Only companies contracted with The Wedding Guide to receive email lists may use the email
      addresses
   2. It is illegal to pass on or sell email lists supplied by The Wedding Guide to another business in
      whole or in part.
   3. Each bride must receive a personally addressed email - she should receive only one email
      address in the To field and none in the CC or BCC fields
   4. A reply address offering the option to unsubscribe must be clearly visible within all email
      communications that brides receive.
   5. Under Data Protection Act requirements, an email address must immediately be removed from a
      list if the bride sends a request to unsubscribe.
   6. Companies who are supplied with emails by The Wedding Guide undertake not to send
      marketing emails to a recipient more than once a week.
   7. If any of the above conditions are not observed, The Wedding Guide reserves the right to
      continue to supply mailing lists to the contracted supplier without email addresses for the
      remainder of the contract period. In this case the supplier will remain liable for the full
      contracted amount for advertising and marketing.
