The Purpose of TU
Sunday - September 20 & November 15 12:45 to 3 pm in Room 224 Starting Point is offered multiple times throughout the year for your convenience. We encourage every new person at CFC to start his/her journey at Starting Point with Pastor Kent Williams; there you will hear about: • How can I know that I am saved? • What is the meaning of baptism? • What is CFC’s Statement of Faith? • How do I become a member of CFC? • Where do I go next in my spiritual journey? Discipleship is a life-long journey of pursuing God with a goal of becoming Christ-centered. You are encouraged to begin your journey according to where you are in your walk with Christ. TU is a great place to start. We have class offerings in the following areas of interest. T.U. (Transformation University) was created with the intent of helping you grow closer in your relationship with Jesus Christ. We at Christian Fellowship Church (C.F.C.) believe that this transformation process begins when we invite Jesus Christ into our lives and begin a personal relationship with Him. The process of transformation is then carried out in our daily lives as we seek to know Him better. In addition to personally owning our faith, we believe that there is tremendous value in offering courses that help us learn more about God’s Word and what it means to live it out in our everyday lives. In this brochure you will find a list of courses offered by C.F.C. to help you grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ. Whether you are new to the faith or still exploring, whether you have been following Christ for many years and would like to go deeper, or if you just need some direction when it comes to marriage, parenting or other practical life issues – we would like to help you put your faith into practice through training at T.U. If you have ideas for new potential courses, please let us know as we strive to offer biblically relevant teaching to help us become the men and women who God has created us to be.
