Telepathy As A Means Of Communication

 scientific evidence of telepathy
It is not simple to define telepathy, in fact most people do not even believe it exists at all. It is
basically being able to convey a thought or feeling without being in the presence of the other
person involved.

define telepathic
When you are thinking of speaking on another plane, you could be speaking telepathically.

Over the years animal trainers and scientists have come to understand that animals use telepathic
communications when connecting with one another. However, this can also extend over a far
distance and not just when in close proximety.

Scientifically it is thought that many tribes that have not had the benefit of modern technology still
communicate with telepathy.

While it is sometimes equated to be far fetched, that is obviously not the case. The perception of
telepathy needs to be one that is possibly inherited and an ability that can be learned. It is just like
learning to communicate with a new language or learning anything new for that matter. Just
because you can't do it, does not mean that it does not exist. Maybe you are the one that is a little
lacking on your learning abilities!

While humans have kept their other senses; sight, smell, touch, hearing and taste, the sense of
telepathy is no longer evident in modern humanity.

What it comes down to is that telepathy and that "sixth sense" is connected. You may know the
term "third eye" to be a more descriptive answer in your area.

Intuition is a form of telepathy. You know that feeling that someone is watching your or the hair on
your arms starts to tingle? That is telepathy in its purest form. Most of the time when you have
these feelings, you are correct in your assessment. How many times have your children woken
you up by just looking at you while you sleep, intuitively, even in your sleeping state you sense
that someone is there and wake up.

So when did humanity start to lose their telepathic powers and stop believing in them?
The answer is not an easy one but belief and practice are the most likely culprits. As society
progressed, our beliefs changed and a big part of that was religion. The faith's that people practice
today all but discount telepathy and actually make this ability out to be a type of demonic
possession.

Some religions have gone so far as to say that telepathy is a tool of the devil, we often fear what
we do not understand and for some, reading minds or using telepathy can be quite frightening.
The idea that some one can get inside your head and speak to you is fearful indeed.

Why, you may ask yourself, are the major religions so vehemently against the idea of telepathy?

Our own opinion is that if others possess a power such as this, they can challenge the leaders of
the church. Since no one wants to lose their power, they keep everyone suppressed about the
matter. Granted, it's not like this everyone, but when cases arise it's usually the reason.

Another problem the modern world has with telepathy is its elusiveness from an orthodox scientific
perspective.

Science is about discovery so perhaps one day soon there will be real tests that can be conducted
to prove or disprove the theory that telepathy does exist. Science has not yet come up with any to
do this, nor is it believed that telepathy exists so they do not bother even trying to test for it.

Yet, emotions and instincts are known and accepted to exist by scientists. So it would seem that
what we have here is simple prejudice: scientists can feel emotions themselves so they have to
accept them. Instincts can also be felt by humans, and instincts are needed to explain much
animal behavior, so they feel compelled to accept them, too. Yet these things are as elusive as
telepathy.

Fear can be a reason why scientists do not delve too deeply into the study of telepathy, as stated
before, there is a certain fear to thinking someone can read your mind. Most would rather let the
subject drop and study areas that they feel have more value to themselves or to human kind.

It is hard to say when we humans became bereft of our natural telepathy. Perhaps the gods
decided that we no longer needed it.
