Al La Carte dinner menu or select from our unique “Hot Rock” dinning menu. Dine in an intimate
setting close to all the action but ideally positioned to enjoy a quite private dinner for two or more.

Al la Carte Menu available from 6:00pm to 9pm, Hot Rock menu available from 11:00am to
9:00pm, 7 days a week. (Children’s menu is also available from under $10.00)

Hot Rock Dining Menu

Hot rock dinning is an interactive personal cooking experience. The volcanic stones are heated in a
special oven for minimum of 10 hours in extreme heat. They are then placed into specially designed
stoneware plates and delivered to you. Your choice of main course is then placed on the hot rock
where it is sealed and then cooked, by you, at your table, to your liking. Locking in the nutrients &
natural juices, this is also an extremely healthy way of cooking as no oil is used in the process. Just sit
back and enjoy this unique dining experience. Or if you wish, our chefs can cook the meal for you!

400g tender Black Angus rump served with mushroom sauce & hand cut potato wedges (with
