As part of the Group’s continued efforts towards the development of its
leadership team, and following on from the Executive Leadership Program,
the Group Managing Director has initiated the Competency-Based Leadership
The Program consists of 10 one-day learning sessions to address Al Fahim
Group’s 10 Leadership Competencies and will run on the basis of two
consecutive days every month for five months starting in November 2010.
The learning program will be conducted and certified by the world renowned
