An intensive two day lecture & practical program to provide doctors, dentists, and other health professionals
with an understanding of the principles and rules applicable to their involvement in the legal process as
expert witnesses.

The Expert Witness Intensive will be presented by a highly legally qualified faculty of legal professionals,
and together with the Basic Law Intensive and the Practical Law Intensive will serve as a significant
component of the College Training Program and the College contribution to the Medical, Dental & other
Health Care Professions’ provision of quality service to their patients.

Every participant must supply a detailed de-identified report along with a one paragraph summary of the
case, which will be read out prior to participating in the moot. Your report will be used by the Barrister and
Judge within the Moot Court. This report will be marked by Dr Roy Beran and returned to you after
completion of the course. These reports must be received no later than Monday 4th August 2012 and should
be sent by email or faxed to the address shown below in the registration form.
