administrative activities is published by MSBTE,
Mumbai in the beginning of each academic year.

10.18 Counseling / Mentoring:- The students are counseled for academic work,
co-curricular activities and extra curricular
activities to ensure the quality. This activity is
planned and implemented by HODs, Senior Faculty
members and lecturers form each department.
In our institute we have appointed a mentor for
every 30 students. Mentor helps the students for
academic work, administrative work and in other
important aspects to overcome the confusion and
difficulties of the students. The idea is to develop
the overall personality of the students with the
required Intellectual skill, Motor skills and Soft
skills in the students.
Career Counseling:- The guest lecturers of reputed personality from
Industry and Other different fields are arranged
along with the industrial visits and tours for
career counseling.
Medical facilities A doctor is appointed for rendering the First
Aid Medical Facilities and for health counseling
also. The doctor is available for 3 –4 hours on every
working day, and also available immediately after
any urgent call from faculty or student.

10.19 Students Activity Body:- The student activity body is formed at
department level & institute level comprising of CRs
and two students ensuring at least one girl student
with two faculty members per division. One of the
faculty members is female faculty member. This
body plans and executes different activities
like. paper presentation, seminars, arranging
sports activities etc. The objective is to ensure the
development of intellectual skills, Motor skills, Soft
skills along with the personality development.
Cultural activities Cultural activities are planed by the student
activity body and Departments like gathering,
celebration of teachers day, youth day, Gurupornima
and cleaning the college campus and nearby area
etc.
Sports activities The institute is host in arranging some of the Zonal
Matches of MSBTE. Institute participates in sports
activity. This year (2010-11) the institute is winners
in Cricket, Foot ball, Basket ball, volley ball
Literary activities Arranged by the student activity body and
department to find out the Hidden qualities in the
students and teachers. The idea is to provide a
platform by Hidden quality in the students and
teachers and provide a platform for such type of
activities.
Magazine / Newsletter Activity is arranged by department/ Institute every
year
Technical activities / TechFest: Seminars, debates, Technical quiz, Project
compactions are arranged at institute level
and State level. The winners and the runners up are
awarded with prizes and certificates are issued to all
the participants. The students and faculty members
regularly participate in these type of activities
arranged by MSBTE & other Institutes
Industrial Visits / Tours Industrial Visits & Tours are arranged as per
curriculum and the industrial training is arranged for
Staff members and students.
Alumni activities Alumni association is existing and yearly meets

conversation and guidance for career development
of the students in the institute.
