                   –   Create a facility in CAMEO
                   –   Attach the facility to a location in MARPLOT
                   –   Use ALOHA to generate a chemical plume
                   –   Link the chemical plume to the facility in MARPLOT
                   –   Select the plume in MARPLOT and search for:
                         •   Block groups for population demographics
                         •   Possible shelter within 50 miles of the plume
                         •   Possible triage locations within 20 miles of the plume
                         •   Environmentally sensitive areas affected by the plume
                         •   Possible evacuation routes
                   –   For each selected component, export to a new layer.
                         •   Export to a *.mie file
                         •   Edit the file to change the layer
