              Conclusions
• Total Map Population (“unit cell”) of Quail
  5341
• Quail population located directly along the
  stream specified for industrial discharge is
  272 (significant??)
• Quail population total, within a 0.2 mile
  zone that will be affected by discharge is
  1322—close to 25% of the area
  population.
