									This is an agreement that transfers real property from the current owner (the “Grantor”)
to a new party (the “Grantee”). The agreement requires the address of the property as
well as disclosure of any encumbrances the property will be subject to, such as
mortgages or easements. In addition, this deed requires notarization by a certified
notary public to ensure the identification of the parties. This document should be used
by individuals or entities that want to transfer an interest in real property from one party
to another.
