Important Notice to St Kilda Social Club Members who selected ‘Best Available Ticket excluding Standing Room’ in the Grand Final ticket registration
We were delighted that on Wednesday 9 September you registered your intent to purchase a Grand Final ticket should St Kilda win the Preliminary Final and secure a place in the 2009 Toyota AFL Grand Final. The registration has seen unprecedented numbers of St Kilda Social Club members register. As you may already know, each club that plays in the Grand Final is allocated a finite number of tickets that are available for Social Club members. Of St Kilda’s ticket allocation, fifteen (15) percent have now been confirmed as standing room tickets.

You chose ‘Best Available ticket excluding Standing Room’ – what does this mean for you?
The ticket allocation process will take place on the weekend of the 19 and 20 September. Your registration data indicates you have selected the option – ‘Best Available ticket excluding Standing Room’. By selecting this option you have chosen not to accept a standing room ticket. While you may be allocated a seat during this process, in the event that your allocated ticket is a Standing Room ticket (which you have chosen not to accept), you will not be issued a Grand Final ticket. To avoid the disappointment of not getting a ticket at all, St Kilda Football Club has decided to contact members like you who have made this choice to ensure you are aware of the situation and to offer you a Second Chance to obtain a Standing Room Grand Final ticket should St Kilda participate.

Your Second Chance starts 9am Monday 21st September
Step 1. On Monday 21 September from 9am you will need to check the Club website saints.com.au to confirm if you have been allocated a reserve seat ticket. All successful registration order numbers (issued when you registered) will be listed. If your order number does not appear on this list you have not been allocated a ticket for the Grand Final. If you wish to reconsider your choice and purchase a standing room ticket, the Club has arranged for you as an eligible* Social Club member to have the first opportunity to purchase a standing room ticket. On Tuesday 22 September between 9am – 11am, call Ticketek on 132 849 or log on to ticketek.com.au. You will need to quote valid 12 digit barcode numbers when purchasing online or via the telephone. One ticket per eligible Social Club membership, maximum of 8 tickets per transaction. Adult $142.50 Concession $97.00

From any Victorian Ticketek agency or any National Collection Agency from 9.00am rd Wednesday 23 September or at the MCG on Grand Final day from 8.00am. This offer is only available to Social Club members who registered their intent to purchase a Grand Final on Wednesday 9th September and who were unsuccessful in obtaining a ticket via the registration process.Tickets will be standing room only.
