Dear Past Participant,

It is with great pleasure that the O’Fallon Knights of Columbus extend this invitation for
pre-registration of your foursome in the 5th Annual God’s Special Children Golf Classic to
be held at Tamarack Country Club on April 30, 2004. To be fair to those who have been
generous to this cause in the past we felt that you should be given the opportunity to
make your reservation early before we open the field to the general public. Based on
the overwhelming response from past participants and interest expressed by those who
missed out last year, we are anticipating another full field. We encourage you to take
advantage of this opportunity so that you won’t lose the opportunity to play in what is
becoming one of the most enjoyable charity golf tournaments in the area.

As you are aware, the last four year’s events have been a huge success, both from the
aspect of enjoyment of the participants as well as the monies raised from the event.
Last year we entertained 144 players to a day full of golf, exceptional prizes, great food
and beverages, and a tournament banquet at our hall after the event. Thanks to your
participation and generosity at last year’s event we raised over $11,200.00 to benefit
Area 12 Special Olympics, the Illinois Center for Autism, and St. Clair Associated
Vocational Enterprises (S.A.V.E.). This is an increase of over 85% from our inaugural
event three years ago, and with your help, we can donate even more to these worthy
causes.

The cost to play will remain the same as last year – $320.00 per four-person scramble
team. To guarantee your reservation in this year’s field, please complete the enclosed
reservation form and remit with full payment to the O’Fallon Knights of Columbus, 402
East Highway 50, O’Fallon, IL 62269 by March 14, 2004. After this March 14 deadline,
the event will be publicized to the general public and your participation in the 5th Annual
GSC Golf Classic will no longer be guaranteed. Also keep in mind that your early
registration enters your team in the early-bird drawing to take place the morning of the
event in which one lucky team which registered on or before March 14, 2004 will have
their entry fee of $320.00 reimbursed.

Again I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to register your team in this
year’s GSC Golf Classic. With your help we can all enjoy a great day of golf while
helping a truly worth cause, God’s Special Children.
