Overall Results, Overall Values and Overall Rating calculate automatically based on the numbers entered in the PA form. Managers, review

 The combination of Overall Results (Business Goal Scores and Core Job Responsibilities Scores) and Overall Values ratings determines the
                             Overall Performance Rating. Business results are weighted 60% and Values 40%.
                    Note: If the Overall Values rating is less than "2.0" (1.0 to 1.9), a pay increase will not be granted.
