shade of capsicum. Remove from oil and keep them Apart. Add the remaining oil and the marinated
rooster. When rooster gets cooked add the toast capsicum. If you are well being conscious or if you
want your kids to eat vegetables, you can add chopped vegetables like carrots and beans. Fry them

Salt and pepper prawns

Prawns - 1 kilogram
Corn flour - 1 / 4 cup
Crushed pepper - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp

Sweet and sour tofu

Tofu cut into long pieces - 200 grams
Green capsicum - 1
Chopped mushrooms and carrots - Half a cup
Salt to taste.

For marinating
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Honey - 2 tbsp or brown sugar - 1 tbsp or sugar - 1 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Pineapple juice - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1tsp

Mix all the elements for marinating and add tofu pieces to it. Let it marinate for at least for half an
hour. Take a pan. Heat the oil. Add carrots, capsicum and mushrooms. Fry till they are cooked. Add
the marinated tofu. Cook till the gravy becomes thick and coats the pieces. Serve with hot rice or as
an appetizer. You can also add baby corns with carrots and mushrooms. Tofu can be replaced with
rooster or prawns or cauliflower.
