                          CONVENIENCE FOR MOBILE PHONE USERS

Kuala Lumpur, Thursday - Pos Malaysia Berhad (PMB) and e-pay (M) Sdn. Bhd. today officially
launched a strategic alliance to provide a convenient method and extensive venue for the
customers especially prepaid mobile phone users to purchase prepaid reloads at post offices and
mini post offices. The signing ceremony was held at Le Meridien Hotel, Kuala Lumpur today.

With immediate effect, customers will be able to purchase prepaid reloads from all General Post
Offices across Malaysia as well as the post offices in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Plans are
underway to further extend the service to post offices and mini post offices all over the country.
Among the services offered by e-pay includes prepaid reload convenience for Maxis, Celcom and
Digi users as well as for TMnet and Jaring Internet Access top-up, prepaid long distance call
iTalk, Ring-Ring, pay television MiTV and MOL epoints.

"Pos Malaysia aims to bring more convenience to our customers by expanding our service
offerings to enhance our retail services. This strategic partnership with e-pay will allow Pos
Malaysia to tap into over 17 million prepaid mobile users across the country, of which they are
also our customers. It is certainly a win-win situation not only for both companies but most

definitely provide a convenient avenue for our customers in purchasing their prepaid reloads
through our extensive network of post offices and mini post offices. The availability of e-pay
facilities in post offices and mini post offices will provide better accessibility for our customers to
reload their prepaid mobile phones while they are posting letters or paying their utility bills,” Dato’
