Letter of Dissent
Dear ______________________, This is a letter of dissent with regard to the U.S. Government’s planned mandatory mass vaccination in the Fall of 2009. The following is known regarding the Swine Flu vaccine and vaccination in general: 1. All vaccines, including the Swine Flu vaccine, are ineffective at preventing illness. Dr. Rebecca Carley, M.D. explains: “the respiratory tract of ALL mammals (since animals are just as devastated by these inoculations with disease as are humans) contain secretory IgA (an antibody which initiates the natural God given immune response) within the respiratory tract mucosa. Bypassing this mucosal aspect of the immune system by directly injecting organisms into the bloodstream leads to a corruption in the immune system itself. As a result, the pathogenic viruses or bacteria cannot be eliminated by the immune system and remain in the body, where they will further grow and/or mutate as the individual is exposed to ever more antigens and toxins in the environment which continue to assault the immune system.” In other words, vaccinations do not prevent illness and are actually harmful to the immune system. Today’s vaccines, including the Swine Flu vaccine, contain toxic agents such as Thimerosal (containing mercury) and Squalene. Thimerosal has been linked to the rise in autism in children by a CDC study, completed in 2000 by CDC Epidemiologist, Tom Verstraeten. Furthermore, mercury is a toxic heavy metal and neurotoxin; there is no safe level of mercury at which damage to the central nervous system does not result. Squalene, an adjuvant used to increase the potency of vaccines such that less viral antigen is required, is known to have contributed to Gulf War Syndrome cases and cause debilitating illnesses such as rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and other autoimmune diseases. In other words, vaccinations can and often do result in far worse illnesses - and even death - than those they are supposedly meant to prevent. The Swine Flu vaccine has been fast-tracked for approval by the FDA. This means that the testing will be inadequate in providing any assurance of safety. Furthermore, various health officials have stated that the intent of testing is to determine the dosage, not to assess safety or determine what harmful side-effects will result from vaccination. After the 1976 Swine Flu vaccination fiasco and the HPV vaccinations, both of which have resulted in many cases of debilitation, such as Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS), and death, this is wholly irresponsible and unacceptable. These facts are known to the FDA, the CDC, HHS under which the FDA and CDC operate, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, President Obama, the WHO, and the various pharmaceutical companies that are producing the vaccine. This knowledge and the continued eagerness to forcibly vaccinate the entire population of the United States indicate a clear disregard for the safety and well-being of the American people and nefarious intent.

Given the previously stated information, the Swine Flu mandatory mass vaccination constitutes a violation of human rights, the rights stated in the U.S. Constitution, and the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, ratified by the U.S. in 1986. Any and all participation in the involuntary vaccination of individuals is genocide as defined in the Convention’s Article 2 (b) and (c).
