Changes to Terms and Conditions on Accounts effective 1st December 2007

Overdrawn Savings Accounts Interest Rate

Sometimes savings accounts become overdrawn and as your Credo does not have an overdraft facility
there has never been interest charged to these accounts.

Effective the 1st December 2007 interest will be charged on savings accounts on the daily overdrawn
balance and debited to the account the end of each quarter. The interest rate charged will be the same as
the unsecured personal lending rate.

The current rate for unsecured personal lending is 13.00% per annum.

Reduction of Interest Rate Payable on S1— On Call Savings

The S1 On Call Savings Account is the main transactional account for members with benefits including
free access to direct debits, direct credits, Bpay, 5 free ATM, 15 free EFTPOS withdrawals per month and
no monthly account keeping fees.

Effective the 1st of December 2007 there will be no interest paid on this account.

If you wish to earn interest on any excess funds in the S1 you should transfer those funds to one of
the other accounts that are available. For example there is an S5 Investment Savings Account that
currently pays 3.75% p.a. For terms and conditions please refer to the Product Disclosure Statement.

New Fee for Statement Reprints

Effective the 1st December 2007 requests for a reprint of a statement that has already been formally
issued will be charged a fee of 50 cents per page with a minimum charge of $2.00.

This fee will be payable at the time of the request.

  From Your General Manager

This will be my last “Credo News” to all the wonderful members of Wyong Council Credit
  Union Ltd.

After careful consideration I have advised the Board of Directors that I am not renewing my
contract but instead intend to retire in November 2007 to spend time with my family.

Over the past 12 years I have been proud to be the General Manager and assist your Board in
achieving great success for all the members of the Credo.

With the support of your fantastic staff and Directors we have achieved many milestones with
the most recent being the successful conversion to the new banking software.

I leave the Credo knowing I have made a difference but also confident that it is the right time
for a new manager to guide and lead the team forward.

I wish to thank all the past and present Directors and staff as well as all the members for the
trust, support and confidence given to me from the moment I started with the Credo in 1995.

The recruitment process is currently underway and I know you will give the new General
Manager the same support and trust I have been given.
