Please note:

1. The apartment rental includes _____ parking spaces.

2. Apartment rental does not include electric power, water, sewer, or other utility service.
Tenant should apply for service with The City of Tallahassee.

3. Pets are not permitted.

4. Regardless of date of possession, the term of the lease shall be as set forth in the rental
agreement.

5. All rents are payable in advance on the first of each month, rents received after the fifth will
be assessed a late fee of $50.00.

6. The Tenant recognizes the importance of fire safety procedures and agrees to assume some
maintenance responsibilities including periodic testing of smoke detectors and visual inspection
of the fire extinguisher located above the refrigerator. The tenant shall report any fire equipment
malfunction or deficiency immediately upon discovery. The tenant agrees to establish an
evacuation plan in case of fire and be familiar with the operation of secondary emergency egress
paths including windows.
