TO ALL OFFICE BEARERS, STATE FEDERATIONS &
ALL INDIA BANKWISE ORGANISATIONS

Dear Comrades,
                                 March on to 7th September, Strike
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :-
1.    Notice for the strike is being served by AIBEA on IBA and all Banks

2.    Our individual unions need not serve any separate strike notice on their
      respective management.

3.    In Co-operatives and RRBs, All India Co-op. Bank Employees Federation and
      All India Gramina Bank Employees Association will take necessary steps to
      serve the strike notice.

4.    It will be a full day stay out strike action.

5.    All our members including probationers will join the strike.

6.    Watch & Ward staff who will be on watchman or Armed Guard duly on the
      strike day i.e. 7-9-2010 are exempted from strike.

7.    Posters to be supplied to all Branches immediately for display.

8.    Badges to be supplied to all Branches; Badge Wearing on 2.9.2010.

9.    Local units of AITUC/Joint Trade Union Committees to be contacted for
      participation in the Joint Programmes.

10.   All preparatory programmes of Demonstrations, rallies, Dharna, Mass
      meetings, etc. as given in our earlier CIRCULAR NO. 26/73/2010/23 dt. 2ND
      August, 2010 are to be implemented scrupulously.

11.   State Federations to hold mass meetings in as many centres as possible to
      ensure full mobilization and total participation by all our members.
