      Dr. Karen Bowser
      Dr. Karen Bowser, an award-winning educator, has spent her professional career developing
      and delivering innovative learning and educational programs in a variety of corporate,
      government, and academic settings. Prior to her current position as Dean of Professional
      Development and Field Services at Nova Southeastern University, she was the Associate
      Dean of Doctoral Studies at Fischler School of Education and Human Services at NSU. In
      addition, Dr. Bowser served as the Director of Professional Education for a large consulting
      firm and is a program professor and dissertation advisor for NSU. She has taught at Penn
      State University in its Education and Humanities departments and directed the learning and
      writing center. Over her career, she has taught every level from pre-school through doctoral
      level. In addition to her teaching career, she spent over 11 years in management positions
      for one of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations.

       Clyde Bailey, PhD
       Clyde Bailey holds a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern
       University where he currently has dual duties as a Doctoral Enrollment Counselor and
       Program Professor. Additionally he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s
       degree specializing in Social Psychology, both from the University of the West Indies
       (UWI), Mona. Teaching is his passion with over six years of teaching History and Geography
       at the high school level in Jamaica and nearly 10 years teaching at the tertiary level in both
       Jamaica and the USA. Clyde’s other passions include issues related to diversity, marriage
       and family, teen and abstinence. Additionally, Clyde writes profusely and expects to have a
       book published in a few months. Clyde has done presentations at conferences and seminars
       both in Jamaica and the US.

       Sandra J. Zampino, Ed.D.
       Sandra J. Zampino, Ed.D. has over 20 years experience in K-12 education. Her expertise
       spans the education, technology, and curriculum areas. Sandra has also served as an external
       consultant to organizations regarding grant writing/reviewing, school management,
       curriculum development, and academic policies. She was previously an elementary school
       teacher, assistant principal, and principal. Currently, Sandra is a Doctoral Enrollment
Counselor and Program Professor at the Fischler School of Education and Human Services at
Nova Southeastern University.

She has been awarded the:
 Florida Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, Excellence in
   Education Award
 Dade Reading Council, Reading Administrator of the Year
 Florida Association for Computers in Education, Technology Administrator of theYear
 Florida Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, Innovator in
   Education Award
 Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Title I School Site Teacher of the Year
