                 consider in ruling on the Cromer pltffs' application for production of DTB's
                 personnel files . Fact discovery shall conclude by 9/27/02. Expert discovery shall
                 conclude by 11/1/02 . The parties in the Cromer action are directed to appear at a
                 conference to be held on 10/4/02, at 10:00 AM, 500 Pearl St., Courtroom 11B .
                 Should any discovery disputes arise which the parties are unable to resolve on their
                 own, they shall submit a letter no longer than 2 pages to the Court describing the

                 the Deloitte Defendants against any other party to the Argos Action, which directly

                 injury suffered by the Argos Plaintiffs or any judgment sought or obtained by the
                 Argos Plaintiffs, including any claims or cross-claims for contribution or

                 judgment or final verdict is entered in this action against a party other than the
                 Deloitte Defendants, the judgment or final verdict shall be reduced pursuant to and
                 in accordance with the provisions of Section 201 of the Private Securities Litigation
