              Safety people x 3 (bike turnarounds and service station)
              Road inspection….ensure gravel is swept or highlighted
              Pot holes highlighted

Head of Transition
              Pull up and down bike racks
              Organise trailer for each race ( Storage if room)
              Medical kit
              Other duties associated with role


Head of Swim
                Liaise and Organise life savers
                Ensure buoys are pumped up and pulled down
                Organise someone to be able to start swim and ring in to starter on computer
                Other duties associated with role


Head of Food and drink
              Pick up food from resort
              Purchase lollies and drink
              Order food from resort
              Dispose of empties
              Other duties associated with role

Head of Registration
               Input names to computer prior and on race morning
               Collect race fees
               Ensure we have someone to record finishes
               Other duties associated with role

Head of Website
              Update website with results
              Maintain website..ie put interesting stuff on it.
              Other duties associated with role
