To access CTENR application:
The user will open internet browser e.g. Internet Explorer
Enter this URL https://ctenr.pcctg.com
Enter their Username
Enter their Password
Click on “Login” button to access

How to add Moderators
Process flow to add the moderators:
The Registrar would click on “Maintenance” tab to expand the menu
Then click on “Maintain Moderator Users” to add/update Moderator(s)
System will navigate the Registrar to the “Maintain Moderator” screen

This screen is designed for the Moderators to enter the Absentee, Overseas, and in Person votes count
1. Enter total names on the official and supplemental list
2. Enter total votes on the official checklist as voted absentee or “0”
3. Enter total votes on supplemental list as having voted by Overseas Ballot or “0”
4. Enter total votes as voted in person (Optional)
5. Enter Registrars and checkers information
6. Click on the “Proceed to Tally Sheet” button to continue

Absentee + Presidential + Overseas = Absentee + Overseas count in Official Checker Certificate

The system has the ability to upload the scanned image of the original Head Moderator’s return to the
SOTS’ Office electronically
This eliminates faxing the return to the SOTS in the future
When they are ready, they can click on the “Done” button to return to the Dashboard
