Michael Reece is the Director of Aster Property Management Ltd., the
Aster Group’s DLO. He has enjoyed over 20 years in the social
housing maintenance sector undertaking a range of consultant,
contractor and client roles for a variety of organisations including
Lambeth Council, London & Quadrant, Kier and calford seaden.
Michael has also got a law degree and a MBA and says of his time in
the housing sector “The more you know, the more you know there is to
learn”.
Alison Brown is someone who remains excited by the prospect of
exploring the opportunities and challenges that the housing world
continues to offer us. She has worked in housing for the last 17 years
since doing a degree in housing management and development. She
has worked across all service areas operational and strategic and for
LA.s, RSL and the Audit Commission. She joined Mears to put some of
that experience back into practice.
Andy Ballard is the national head of housing with Shoosmiths
following his move from Cobbetts in March of this year. Recognised as
a leading housing lawyer in the legal directories Andy and his team
