By sourcing data from various warehouses and systems, you’ll integrate brilliantly with teams
ranging from investigators and operations to risk specialists. You’ll draw on historical and current
data to provide insight, recommendations and rule enhancements to fraud and risk teams, as well as
senior management. You’ll also look for areas where we can really improve our performance.

As well as being a natural at presentations, you should be able to take responsibility for the
production and timely delivery of a variety of BAU reports. Additionally, you’ll help collate crucial
information for monthly MI packs, ensuring that it’s both accurate and produced on time while
reflecting any changes that senior management needs.

With your background in data analysis in credit cards or financial services, you’ll have an advanced
understanding of SAS, specifically Proc SQL and Excel. Your experience in the acquiring or card
industry should also have given you solid knowledge of card scheme compliance and acquiring or
card fraud. Naturally you’ll be able to analyse complex data, and will have well-developed
consultative and communication skills.
