ROOM ATTENDANTS JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualified Candidates must be able to submit to background check, have reliable transportation,
professional demeanor/appearance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Inexperienced candidates will not qualify for position. This position is responsible for the
cleaning of time-share units according to establishment’s standards and procedures.
Ability to push and/or pull a loaded housekeeping supply cart weighing approximately
Ability to lift and move approximately 25 pounds.
Possess a good verbal communication of the English language. Bilingual a plus!!
Ability to clean and fully stock housekeeping carts to fully supply and clean assigned
Ability to clean to standard 3 two bedroom units per 7 hour shift.
Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb and reach on a continuous and daily basis.
Ability to perform tasks requiring sustained repetitive motion and/or fine motor skills
Ability to communicate with guests and be able to direct/escort them to the various
facilities and functions within the Resort.
Ability to work with cleaning chemicals properly and with prolonged exposure to water.
Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Ability to perform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping supervisors/managers.
Follow and adhere to Company Safety and Security procedures.
Follow and adhere to Company Lost and Found Procedures.
Proper handling and disposing of contaminated or hazardous waste. Following
Bloodborne pathogen and Hazcom procedures.
