                                        Network Technician/Engineer

 ·   Setup a network capable of connecting 100 or more people within a short amount of time.
 ·   Configuration of Cisco switches with Copper Gigabit and Fiber Optic GBIC expansion modules all connecting to a
     single backbone.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
     I feel I have mastered technical support and customer management. I am confident working with any computer
     platform. My strongest knowledge lies in Microsoft operating systems including; Windows 95/98/Me, Windows
     NT/2000/2003/XP/Vista/2008 (x64 and x86), and DOS. I am very familiar with UNIX and Linux and some
     mainframes. I can even implement Macintosh into the mix. I have worked extensively with Novell Netware and ZEN
     Works. I know many database programs including; MS SQL 7/2000/2005, MS Access 97/2000/2003/2007, MySQL,
     and others. I have an outstanding knowledge of computer hardware and architecture, and feel I can locate and
     eliminate any problems that can arise with any computer system or network. I'm familiar with JAVA programming
     and Java script. HTML is very strong area along side many other Internet languages like CGI and PHP. Setting up
     networks and making all of the computers work together is my specialty.
