Course Objectives
      Teachers will be able to:

         Use strategies to be equitable in providing opportunities for all students to respond
          to questions during classroom instruction.
         Establish a supportive learning environment through practice that provides quality
          and equitable instruction.
         Use strategies for making homework meaningful and motivating for students
         Provide students informative feedback on their academic performance in order to
          increase their motivation to repeat/improve their efforts.
         Engage learners through higher level questioning and delving techniques.
         Implement involvement strategies that engage learners in independent and
          collaborative thinking.
         Use strategies for making homework meaningful and motivating for students.
         Use effective strategies for positively recognizing all students.




             PD Credit Requirements 3 PD Credits
                                  Attend all class sessions
                                  Participate in class session activities
                                  Complete 1 classroom visitation and post visitation
                                     conference
                                  Complete a Learning Results Portfolio

    Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in no PD credit
