- Pridemaker apparel and the Fitzmorris family will provide Fun Run shirts for all
students and staff
- $5 dinner will be offered from Planet Sub
- Still taking donations/volunteers until the Aug. 31st deadline
Option to have Credit Card machines at school events was presented by Amy Wright
-Commerce Bank has offered to facilitate this with no set-up costs and will train
volunteers. Also waived any bank associated fees.
-This option has the potential to reduce or eliminate bounced check fees for the PTO
-Commerce Bank offers plans that are flexible to accommodate whatever lends itself to
the greater benefit of the school.
Motion to vote on whether to offer credit card option at school events was made.

Site Council update by Jill Smith
- Explained council had money remaining from the ACE Employee luncheon in May
2010. Inquired if it would be possible to use the remaining money for a teacher
luncheon during first week of school.
Motion to vote on the use of remaining money allocated for ACE Employee of the Month
luncheon in May 2010 for a teacher luncheon in August
