Expectations and Rules
• 4th Grade students at FFE will be:
– Respectful
– Responsible
– Resourceful
Respectful
• Students will be respectful by:
– Respecting, peers, teachers, substitutes, and adult
volunteers;
– Respecting and following our school and classroom
rules;
– Respecting our school’s and other people’s property;
– Listening to and following the directions of our
teachers;
– Leaving other people’s things alone;
– Saying encouraging things to our classmates.
Responsible
• Students will be responsible by:
– Doing the right things for the right reasons;
– Taking care of our things;
– Taking pride in keeping our school building
and campus clean and inviting;
– Bringing our required materials to each class;
– Turning in assignments on time;
– Taking responsibility for our own actions;
– Taking responsibility for our own learning.
Resourceful
• Students will be resourceful by:
– Thinking creatively to solve problems for
ourselves.
– Being efficient in completing tasks.
Positive Reinforcement
• Teachers will be looking for positive
behaviors during the day.

class when positive behaviors are evident.
